casasmooth runs locally on hardware you own or control. Your home automation data — device states, automation rules, occupancy patterns — stays on your local machine. The platform does not require a permanent cloud connection to function.

3. Data we collect on this website

This website collects only information you voluntarily provide:

• Contact forms — name, email address, company name, and your message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Quote requests — contact details and selected products/services. Used to prepare and send you a commercial proposal.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

4. Cloud services (optional)

If you subscribe to cloud-connected services (remote monitoring, backup, email notifications), some data is transmitted to our servers hosted on Microsoft Azure in Switzerland. This data is:

• Encrypted in transit (TLS)
• Stored on Azure infrastructure in Switzerland North region
• Accessible only to authorized casasmooth personnel
• Never sold or shared with third parties

5. Third-party services

This website uses Google Fonts for typography. No other third-party services are loaded. The Wix platform (casasmooth.com) handles member accounts and e-commerce separately under its own privacy policy.
